About the Role:
We’re looking for a forward-thinking Solutions and Capabilities Manager to drive the design, development, and deployment of scalable technology solutions that support business growth.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, systems thinking, and technical execution. Key Responsibilities:
Capability Strategy & Development
- Assess current capabilities and identify gaps or areas for improvement and innovation.
- Champion best practices in software development, automation, and system integration.

Solution & Delivery

- Monitor solution performance and continuously optimize scalability, security, and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in design, business analysis, or capability development. solution architecture, systems integration, or program management in a tech environment.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern product development lifecycles.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, project, problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems, digital transformation, systems and process improvement. cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, and microservices.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, MS Power Platform, or similar.
- Certification in Agile, PMP, Six Sigma, or similar is a plus.

The total cash range for this position in Austin is 110,500.00 to 155,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to 177,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
