Key Responsibilities:

As the Quality Control Supervisor , you will:

  • Oversee the quality control processes for powder blending operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead a team of skilled technicians and scientists to maintain high quality and safety standards.
  • Test raw materials for compliance against agreed specifications and create powder blends to ensure accurate replication and practical methods for testing.
  • Collaborate with R&D on new product development, providing insights and support during trials.
  • Develop and implement testing protocols, ensuring accurate and timely results whilst maintaining lab equipment is up to date.
  • Conduct regular audits of production processes and documentation to uphold quality assurance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a lab or QC environment, preferably in powder blending, dairy or related manufacturing processes.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with powder or dry blending, able to understand and analyse techniques.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in New Product Development is highly desirable.
  • A degree in a relevant scientific field (Chemistry, Food Science, Engineering, etc.) is preferred.
