We are looking for a research scientist to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.

Other related fields include, but are not limited to: Research and Development Chemist, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, Process Development Chemist.
Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Give AI chatbots diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
Qualifications:
- A current, in progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD is preferred but not required
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Detail-oriented
- Proficient in chemistry, inductive/deductive reasoning, physical/temporal/ spatial reasoning

Assist in training staff on quality control measures and best practises to promote a culture of quality within the organisation.
Ensure that all safety and compliance regulations are adhered to in all aspects of the role.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in quality control or a related field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and tools is a plus.
A valid driving licence is essential as travel may be required.
