**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead and manage the site manufacturing quality team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
+ Act as the focal point for manufacturing quality KPIs across Fulfilment, Engineering, Sourcing, and Manufacturing teams.
+ Own and align critical quality documentation including ITPs, CTQs, and PPAPs.
+ Champion manufacturing Risk Analysis using insights from previous projects to proactively mitigate future risks.
+ Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and implementation of best practices to resolve quality issues efficiently.
+ Support internal audits and ensure compliance with internal and customer quality standards.
**Qualifications and Experience**
**A strong background in transformer manufacturing is highly preferred** , particularly with hands-on involvement in quality processes, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration in a production environment.
+ Significant experience in operational excellence or manufacturing quality leadership.
+ Solid understanding of Quality Assurance methodologies and tools, including DFMEA, PFMEA, 8D, and Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt desirable).
