Manufacturing Supervisor £38k - £45k Vickerstock are currently working in partnership with one of Northern Irelands fastest growing companies to assist them with the recruitment of a Manufacturing Supervisor for one of their sites in Co. Down. As the Manufacturing Supervisor you will lead, oversee day to day operations within the department while ensuring H&S regulations are followed. Your key responsibilities as a Manufacturing Supervisor; Ensure that assembled products meet quality standards and specifications. Monitor inventory levels of parts and materials, and liaise with procurement or stores to ensure adequate supply. Train new staff and conduct regular refresher training for existing team members. Work with engineering and quality control teams to resolve any production or technical issues. Monitor and report on performance metrics such as output, efficiency, downtime, and rework rates. Lead daily briefings and participate in continuous improvement (e.g. 5S, Lean, Kaizen) initiatives. As a Manufacturing Supervisor, ideally you will have. GCSE English and Maths are essential Highly competent in training others to meet operation standards Ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
