Scope of the role: Due to business expansion there has become a requirement to support the production department within a dynamic role to support two key areas.
- CNC machine setting and operating - including general machining activities through traditional methods. Programming where required.
- Supporting production activities such as assembly, inspection, and specific maintenance requirements.
This will be within a small X-Functional team where a flexible skillset is key in supporting developing business requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Operate, set and programme CNC milling machines.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications to set up the machine accordingly.
- Manual machining including, milling, turning.

Reporting to the Operations director the incumbent will lead and integrate the existing Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing (AST), Liquid Supplements and Freeze Dried Supplements teams to create a single autonomous Operational Cell.
