The Manufacturing Process Engineer is responsible for planning / designing new manufacturing processes and reviewing existing processes in an industrial plant. Key Responsibilities:

Analyze the layout of equipment and workflow and implement improvements to improve efficiency.

Provide support and training to operators and staff on new processes or equipment setups.

Qualifications:

Proven capabilities and knowledge of Lean concepts, and practices, applicable in a manufacturing field.

Must be able to operate effectively independently.

2D or 3D CAD skills essential

Reporting Structure:

Reports to Engineering Manager, with primary job functions that require independent judgment.
