**Required Experience/Qualifications:**
+ 3+ years' experience in manufacturing operations, workforce planning, training development/delivery, or a related role.
+ Demonstrated experience in recruiting, onboarding, and training production staff.
+ Strong analytical skills with experience using production and HR data to guide decisions.
+ Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Our client is looking for a proactive and experienced Manufacturing Team Leader to oversee and guide their production team in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, UK . This vital role involves ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the manufacturing floor, leading a team to meet production targets, and upholding high standards of quality and safety. You will be responsible for supervising daily activities, motivating and developing team members, and resolving operational issues as they arise. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, excellent leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to manage a production team effectively. Key responsibilities include assigning tasks, monitoring workflow, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also play a role in process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective team management and collaboration with other departments. Experience in a similar supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environment is a prerequisite.
