As a Manufacturing Engineer you will be doing:
- Take a 'Zero Defects' approach in all day to day activities.
- Develop, implement, validate, maintain and continuously improve manufacturing processes
- Create, maintain and/or govern elements which clearly define the manufacturing process and control them effectively.
- Capture, analyse and use data to demonstrate and improve manufacturing processes.
Experience and skillset - Manufacturing Engineer
- Qualified to HNC level in an Engineering subject or with experience
- Computer literate and able to communicate effectively at all levels on technical issues.
- General awareness of Manufacturing Systems
- 'Lean Principles' understanding
- Continuous Improvement mindset
- Ability to read technical drawings related to manufacturing/repair process.
