Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Scheduler to join their dynamic based in Bellshill. In this role, you will be responsible for developing weekly production schedules, managing production orders, coordinating material movement, and collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate execution of production plans. You will play a crucial part in maintaining inventory levels and adapting schedules based on production needs.

Duties and Requirements:

  • Coordinate material movement through system transactions to ensure inventory is positioned accurately to meet production needs.
  • Collaborate with Planning to communicate changes in order completion dates and work closely with Operations, Planning, Logistics, and Customer Services to increase production priorities.
  • Support the maintenance of routes and structures in the company ERP system and conduct root cause analysis for Conformance to Plan/Schedule adherence issues.
  • Participate in weekly planning reviews and ensure accurate system data relevant to the role is set and maintained.
  • 1-2 years of laboratory experience or an Associate's degree in Chemistry.
  • Experience in production scheduling using ERP software (e.g., IFS, SAP).
  • Understanding of organic chemistry and MRP principles.
