About the Role

The Manufacturing Manager will lead operations across the entire factory, working cross-functionally with quality, safety, engineering, and production teams to ensure smooth operations and delivery of top-quality products. You will have 3 x Shift Managers as direct reports and you'll be hands-on in driving continuous improvement, managing risk assessments, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
