Supported by the production team as a whole, you will expedite and control change throughout the factory in order to facilitate manufacturing excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Optimisation of local Manufacturing processes to maximise efficiency and effectiveness
- Analysing and reporting on production processes, methods, schedules, downtime, cycle times, availability of machines and waste management
- Lead Strategic Improvement Projects from conception to completion, delivering an engaging change experience for the internal customer
- Leading root cause analysis when production processes vary from expected results
- Delivering change activities to improve manufacturing processes

Ideal Candidate:
- HNC/HND, or equivalent level in an engineering discipline, desirable

We are seeking a ‘hard-working’ willing to learn Operative to run machines and classification equipment for powder processing. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and quality.
The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on quality, safety, and teamwork.
Responsibilities for the Manufacturing operators:
Your duties will include:

- Set up, operate, and monitor machines and classification equipment for processing powders according to specified procedures and production targets.
- Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain optimal processing conditions and ensure product quality.
- Comply with all safety protocols by consistently wearing required PPE, including but not limited to respiratory protection, safety goggles, gloves, and protective clothing.
- Conduct regular checks of PPE to ensure functionality and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Individuals must be clean shaven to ensure a seal with the RPE and skin is created
- Independently conduct sampling at specified intervals to monitor product quality and consistency.

We now require an additional Manufacturing Engineer to join the team. Working in modern purpose-built manufacturing facilities for a company that manufacture precision engineered components.
You will be working in a first-class precision engineering environment that have processes such as machining, fabrication and a number of outsourced processes also.
As the Manufacturing Engineer you will be working in a technical role managing projects for the customer from customer enquiry, quotations to writing manufacturing methods/SOP's and delivery to the customer.
You will create manufacturing route cards to ensure the best methods to manufacture liaising with internal departments whilst also managing any external resources required for the project.

We have role available for manufacturing operative to work at our client based in Tinsley, Sheffield.
As a manufacturing operative you will be working on the production line of a plastics manufacturer. Your role will be to manufacture protective sheets that are frequently used in construction sites.
The role is permanent from day one, have great benefits and is available immediately.
Suitable candidate must be able to work rotating 12-hour day & night shift as well as be able to work over weekends as their shift pattern dictates.
Successful applicants will be invited to attend a site tour and interview with the production manager.
Hours & Pay for Recycling Operators:
• £25,8 - 6,122/annum + overtime
• 12-hour shifts rotating through days & nights covering Monday-Sunday
• 6:00am & 6:00pm start times
Example shift pattern: 2 days on, 2 days off then 3 nights on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 off and repeat but opposite day/nights. 06:00 - 18:00 AND 18:00 - 06:00
(5 shifts one week then 2 shifts the next. Every other weekend off).
