  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software and manufacturing simulation tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote duties.
  • Experience in the aerospace or high-precision manufacturing sector is highly desirable.
