Location: Braintree, Essex
Shift Options: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm
Pay Rate: 13.71 per hour + overtime | Pay increase once permanent

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates from a manufacturing, production, or construction background who are confident with hand and power tools, and are looking for a secure role with genuine progression opportunities.

What you'll be doing:

  • Using hand and power tools to cut, measure, and prepare products
  • Supporting production line tasks to ensure smooth workflow
  • Carrying out quality checks to maintain high standards
  • Handling materials and completing manual tasks (including heavy lifting)
  • Working collaboratively with a large, established team to meet targets

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in a manufacturing, production, or construction setting (essential)
  • Confident in the use of hand and power tools
  • Physically fit and comfortable with heavy manual handling
