**Job Purpose:**
An experienced Manufacturing Engineer with practice of developing and implementing New Products and general business improvements to maximise production, profitability and customer service within an Aerospace manufacturing environment. Position Summary
The Electronics Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for documenting, designing, building, diagnosing, repairing, and testing electronic systems and components used in Technology Design’s advanced ultrasonic inspection systems. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical and electronic systems according to engineering data and knowledge of electrical/electronic principles, using hand tools as well as test and measurement instruments
- Debug, analyze and repair at component level and resolve electronic and electrical issues using test instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators
- Support the design and development department with PCB design, firmware coding and troubleshooting, and testing new electronic systems and prototypes
- Design and assemble manufacturing test fixtures
- Conduct calibrations, preventative maintenance and ensure all equipment operates to specification
- Develop and maintain accurate assembly, service and test documentation.
- Adhere to company handbook, health, safety, and quality standards.
