The Role

We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer with strong SMT experience to join an electronics manufacturer. You'll be responsible for ensuring products are delivered to the highest standards of quality, reliability, and on-time performance, while driving continuous improvement and supporting customer requirements from prototypes through to volume builds.

Key Responsibilities as a Manufacturing Engineer:

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations including production associates, equipment, and processes to ensure we provide the highest quality products to our customers. Who you are:
+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Process Engineering (or a related field) with more than 5 years of relevant experience
+ Experience of applying lean manufacturing tools including Daily Management, Standard Work and Lean Conversion
+ Equipment and process design and improvement in a regulated industry
+ Excellent communicator (written & verbal), comfortable interacting at all levels of the organisation
