Responsibilities for the Senior Manufacturing Engineer:

What We’re Looking For in the appointed Manufacturing Engineer:
- HND (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering subject, or an accredited engineering apprenticeship with industry experience.
- Solid knowledge of composite materials processing methods
- Understanding of composite material testing (advantageous).
- Experience working with ERP systems to create and maintain BoMs and Routings.
- Familiarity with problem-solving techniques such as 8D and 5 Whys.
- Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills.
- A self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of activities.
- Team player able to collaborate effectively with wider operations teams.

The role:
The Operations Engineering team provides engineering resources to support Operational performance and major product development projects; from design through to engineering build and production support, to end of life of product.
