This role plays a crucial role in liaising with engineering and design teams to identify and resolve production-related issues. Your responsibilities will include controlling and maintaining consumable materials and tooling, collaborating with facilities and services to ensure adherence to service level agreements, and supporting safety compliance initiatives.
The ideal Enablement Support Team Member will possess a general knowledge of aircraft assembly tools and techniques, as well as experience in tooling and procedural documentation. This permanent position offers the opportunity to play a key role in delivering quality products on time and to cost, while championing a culture of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will lead by example, ensuring that health, safety, quality, and delivery standards are consistently met across the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day manufacturing operations to meet schedule, quality, and cost targets li>Drive continuous improvement across production processes and team performance
- Lead safety, health, and environmental (SHE) activities in line with company policy
- Manage resource planning, shift cover, and cross-functional redeployment as required

- Excellent communication, organisational, and structured problem-solving skills
