  • Proven experience with automation, robotics, or additive manufacturing technologies.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and data analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
  • Experience in the automotive, aerospace, or a similar high-precision manufacturing sector is a plus.
