Overview

The Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in supporting day-to-day production operations, including machine programming, process validation, and technical support to the manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities

• Assess new and existing technologies to develop and optimise manufacturing plans.

• Establish, implement, and sustain manufacturing processes for new products across their full life cycle.

The Candidate

Degree-qualified in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related Engineering discipline (BEng preferred).

Strong understanding of Design for Manufacture (DFM) principles.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement techniques.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and assembly documentation.

Experience using ERP/MRP systems in a production environment.

Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects effectively.

Familiarity with project management methodologies is advantageous.
