The role in 60 seconds:

You’ll own the manufacturing area end-to-end, from process design to execution and improvement, leading NPI projects, turning prototypes into optimised production processes. What we’re looking for:

• 10–12 years’ experience in electronics or device assembly manufacturing
• Proven track record in NPI, APQP, and continuous improvement
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred)
• CAD proficiency (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and ERP/MES systems experience
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change without direct line management

Bonus points for:

• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or above)
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, 13485, or IATF 16949
• ERP/MES or manufacturing analytics experience
