Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Oversee all quality control activities, including incoming material inspection, in-process checks, and final product testing.
- Lead and manage the Quality Control team, providing training, guidance, and performance management.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control management within a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), such as ISO 9001, and experience in implementing and maintaining them.
- Proven experience with quality control tools and methodologies, including statistical process control (SPC), FMEA, and root cause analysis techniques.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes relevant to the company's industry.
