Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing advanced manufacturing processes and techniques to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
- Designing, specifying, and commissioning new manufacturing equipment and tooling.
- Troubleshooting production line issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
- Optimizing existing manufacturing processes to reduce waste, improve yield, and lower costs.
- Conducting feasibility studies and recommending new technologies and automation solutions.
- Collaborating with R&D and product design teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.
- Developing and maintaining manufacturing documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and process flow diagrams.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, with a strong focus on process improvement and automation, is required. Proven experience with CAD/CAM software, lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical process control (SPC) is essential.
