What does the role look like?
We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to help shape the future of our manufacturing systems and processes. In this key technical role, you'll be the link between our customers, suppliers, and internal teams-ensuring manufacturing is built into product design from the start. You'll lead technology introductions, manage complex improvement projects, and drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing systems.

What will your day-to-day responsibilities look like?
- Lead the technical direction for manufacturing systems, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost, and compliance targets are met.

- Oversee resource planning, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement and maintain quality control systems and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma).
- Manage the maintenance and upkeep of production machinery and facilities.
- Monitor production performance through key metrics and generate regular reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as supply chain, engineering, and sales, to align production with business objectives.
- Identify and implement technological advancements to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on the production floor.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (minimum 7 years) in manufacturing operations management, with a strong track record of leading production teams.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, Lean Manufacturing principles, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in a manufacturing context.
