In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks within the manufacturing/production process, contributing to the production of high-quality products. Duties:
- You will be tasked with working on a number of various manufacturing roles such as; Assembling, Deburring, Inserting, Finishing, Bushing and working on Press Brakes.
- Some work may include working within our clients paint shop; masking, demasking, powder coating etc.
- Using hand & power tools.
- Operating various manufacturing machinery.
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet manufacturing targets and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Prior experience within Manufacturing, Production or Engineering is essential.
- Previous experience within sheet metal would be beneficial.
- Previous experience within CNC work or Quality inspection would be beneficial.
- Must have previous experience using hand & power tools.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of identifying issues and implementing solutions.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective teamwork.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
