What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead manufacturing readiness reviews and process development
  • Collaborate across Operations, Programme, and Engineering teams to support new product introduction
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives including single-piece flow and cost reduction
  • Apply Lean methodologies (5S, line balancing, flow, etc.)
  • Evaluate CAD models and oversee prototyping and initial production runs
  • Develop and optimise press and CNC programmes
  • Ensure accuracy of BOMs and support safety and training initiatives
  • Liaise with tooling and equipment suppliers to meet project deadlines

We are offering Rotating Shift (AM/PM), Day Shifts and Night Shfts with combination of different roles within the business:

Rotating Shift AM/PM - (Must be able to rotate) - £12.91 per hour

  • AM: Monday-Thursday: 06:00-14:00, Friday 06:00-13:00 or Monday-Wednesday: 06:00-16:00, Thursday: 06:00-15:00

Nigtr Shift - £14.04 per hour
