We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Engineer for a client specialising in the AS9100-accredited precision engineering services. You will be responsible for the introduction of both new and existing products from concept and design through to full-scale production on the shopfloor, applying lean manufacturing methodologies.
Key Responsibilities of a Manufacturing Engineer:
- Plan and design manufacturing processes from start to finish, with focus on continuous improvement and waste reduction.

 - Support the quotation process with accurate lead times and cost estimations.
 - Drive and support new product introduction (NPI) projects, providing hands-on support to operators at machinery.

 - Assist and lead the prove-out process for NPI projects, ensuring first-time quality and production readiness.
