- Familiarity with ISO, QSR, and FDA regulatory requirements.

+ Proactively help to manage and promote safe working in compliance with all Health, Safety and Environmental regulation, procedures and other company requirements.
+ Work to meet or exceed weekly, monthly and quarterly production output targets as agreed with management.
+ Complete support repair work for customer returns within agreed timescales.
+ To support and be involved in changes supporting housekeeping and visual management program.
**What we're looking for in you:**
Must be able to demonstrate the following:
+ High level of dexterity and attention to detail; using hand tools, soldering, wire bonding and silver epoxy mount, and demonstrating ESD compliance.
+ Ability to read and interpret technical data.
+ Relevant qualifications or experience in electrical/electronic engineering.
+ Accurately managing own material inventory.
+ Availability to work extra hours or shift work as required to meet customer demand.
Desired:
+ Further/Higher education in a related subject area e.g. Electronics.
+ Experienced using SAP in a production environment.
+ Knowledge of Lean tools.
+ Proficient in standard Microsoft Office application

Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
- Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Design, develop, and validate manufacturing equipment and tooling.
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Lead and participate in root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of new products.
- Manage projects related to process upgrades, automation, and new equipment implementation.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment, automation, and control systems.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage projects in a remote setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Experience in troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
