- Technical Support : Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers, supporting existing installations and identifying opportunities for system upgrades and improvements.
- Be the Expert on Site : Supervise third-party contractors, ensure quality control, and deliver hands-on training to customer teams.
- Own the Documentation : Complete all service, commissioning and compliance paperwork to the highest standard and within agreed timelines.
- Safety First : Uphold safety procedures at all times - both onshore and offshore - leaving every site safe and fully operational.
What We're Looking For
We're ideally looking for a time-served engineer from the marine, offshore, or heavy industrial sector with strong electrical and PLC experience .
Essential:
- Offshore certification (or willingness to obtain: BOSIET , Offshore Medical)
- PLC skills (Siemens and/or Allen Bradley)
- Electrical & mechanical fault-finding (bias towards electrical)
- Strong communication and report writing skills (MS Office proficiency)
- Compex Foundation course (or willingness to complete)
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with chemical dosing or cathodic protection systems
- Supervisory experience managing third-party contractors
- Familiarity with offshore HSE procedures
