The Role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing professional to join our rapidly growing E-Commerce Team. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will work alongside the Digital Marketing Assistant to deliver the campaigns and analysis of paid digital marketing for our DTC Sites.  

Requirements

Activation

  • Online media planning & delivery across all investment channels namely Paid Search, Paid Social, Display & Affiliate marketing
  • Liaising with external suppliers including; website creative agencies, integrated marketing agencies, online advertising agencies, media agencies, online publications.


Data, Reporting and Analysis

  • Conducting in depth customer data analysis and customer profiling
  • Implementing customer acquisition and retention strategies
  • Implementing effective data capture activities
  • Designing and implementing customer loyalty/reward mechanics
  • Utilising customer data to conduct targeted multi-channel campaigns
  • Using Google Analytics and platform data to report on performance of Digital Marketing activity

The Person:

  • Data centric with a strength and preference towards data analysis
  • Experience in a Digital/E-Commerce Marketing role within Brand or Agency
  • Experience using Google Analytics, and Social Business Platforms preferable
  • Managing and adhering to strict budgets and deadlines
