Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented b2b Marketing Executive. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for event coordination, digital marketing, and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a key role in managing our attendance at key broadcast trade shows internationally, updating digital and social content, and executing Marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Event & Trade Show Management

  • Plan and coordinate logistics for trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers and venues, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth deliver of key trade events.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and post-event reporting.

Marketing & Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day support to the marketing team including reporting documentation, and presentations.
  • Liaise with Sales and Business Development teams to align marketing activities with commercial goals.

Digital Content & Website Management

  • Use CMS platforms to update website content, landing pages, and product information.
  • Ensure website content is accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly.

Social Media & Campaign Execution

  • Develop and schedule social media posts across platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.) 
  • Assist in creating campaign assets that adhere to brand guidelines, including using a variety of digital content (short-form video, imagery, live video, infographics, text).

HubSpot CRM & Email Marketing

  • Build and manage landing pages, email campaigns, and workflows in HubSpot.
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist in reporting and optimization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing, event coordination, or administrative support.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing tools.
  • Strong organizational, project management and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to take initiative without being asked.

Desirable:

  • Experience in B2B marketing or technology sectors.
  • Basic graphic design and short-form video production skills.

The Role:

    • Ad-hoc network audits, as requested.
    • Day-to-day budget administration , timely processing of Finance documents.
    • Sign-off of all network communications by manager prior to distribution.
    • Creating and collaboration of Porsche related content for business updates (e.g. Presentations).

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current study or qualification in Marketing or Business related degree.

  • Responsible for managing the Company Monthly Video Newsletter production ensuring all business areas are represented and the newsletters are delivered both internally and to the dealer network on time and to a high quality, adhering to all internal processes.
  • Supporting the Marketing Communications Executive with Porsche.co.uk content maintenance, processing requests from other business areas and managing all requests through the Jira ticketing system in a timely manner.
  • Supporting the weekly manual check of the Porsche.co.uk website as well as a quarterly website audit with external agency to ensure the digital shop window is kept up to date & free of errors.
  • Coordinate with the Product & Communication Marketing team to support the model launch calendar, providing updates into the product launch planning forums with support from the Marketing Manager.
  • Being the brand guardian for all content published on owned channels.
  • Supporting the Marketing Communications Executive with organic content calendar for social media and owner’s website My Porsche. This will entail collecting relevant information on key stories from around the business to brief into the agency and reviewing the content before it is sent for final approval before publishing.
  • Ensuring all content is on brand and in line with Porsche CI guidelines.
  • Supporting the translation process, with copy checking of Marketing Communications when needed.
  • Supporting with content production at Events.
  • Coordinating the Quarterly Marketing Report for Marketing Communications.
  • Supporting with product and brand campaign delivery and reporting when required.
  • General:
    • Day-to-day finance administration, including raising PO’s & processing invoices. With timely processing of the required finance documents,
    • Responsible for monthly reporting across areas of responsibility working with different reporting systems,
    • Supporting on Marketing Communication internal business updates (e.g. Presentations).

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current study or qualification in Marketing or Business-related degree.
  • Excellent level of PC literacy, including MS Office programmes (PowerPoint, Word and Excel are essential),
  • Adaptability working with new software and programmes,
  • Proficient with image editing software – Photoshop or systems alike.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Keen interest in digital marketing and social media,
  • Keen interest or knowledge of the car industry,
  • A pro-active worker, self-started and good team player,
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills,
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work without constant supervision.

    • Assist with the planning and delivery of new car launch events and opening events where appropriate.
    • Support the regular content maintenance on the Centre websites, ensuring that the content is current and that the online ‘shop window’ is accurate – as directed by Retail Marketing Executive.
    • Supporting content maintenance of digital screens within Centres.
    • Be a brand guardian for all content reviewed.
    • Awareness of relevant cross-business activity and activation where required.
    • Work with our marketing agencies to support the team on projects and marketing collateral.
  • Customer Communications:
    • Support the ongoing development of materials required to support the Porsche Customer Journey(s) as defined by the Regional Marketing Managers, along with the Customer Strategy and Market Insight team.
    • Support the Retail Communications team with the development of a customer journey programme (in cooperation with key PCGB stakeholders).
    • Support translations and proof reading processes, with copy checking of Sales and Marketing communications.
    • Liaise with suppliers on customer communications and mailing processes, ensuring deadlines are met, data validated and copy checked.
