- Assist in the delivery of updated, accurate and relevant marketing assets and collateral throughout the lifecycle of the site including (but not restricted to) CGIs, emails, digital advertising, signage, events, brochures, videos and photography.
- Maintain and update website content, including copy, images, video and virtual reality content and tactical messaging.
- Monitor and update any property portal listings to ensure maximum exposure.
- Support in the undertaking of data analysis across marketing channels, Google Analytics and CRM to assess the effectiveness of the marketing strategy in its delivery to support the sales pipeline. Report the findings to the Sales & Marketing Director/Marketing Manager offering recommendations on next steps.
- Support the Marketing Manager in delivering effective marketing communications to the CRM database
- Support the Marketing Manager and the central communications team in the collation of news content to be used across multiple channels
- Support the Sales and Marketing team with marketing related administration tasks
- Support sales director and marketing manager in undertaking market and competitor research
- Produce draft briefs to suppliers producing all point-of-sale material including brochures; CGI’s; advertising; signage/hoarding; agents marketing material; photography; video fly throughs; invitations etc
- Ensure effective and consistent email and SMS marketing campaigns are produced and executed in a timely manner.
- Work closely with our Sales teams to ensure that they’re informed and engaged with current and forthcoming marketing and site launch activity.
- Support the launch activity of a development including organising signage, sales outlets installations and point of sale assets.
- Manage marketing related Purchase Orders and Invoices
- Organise events and invitations.
- Support awards submissions for the region.
- Provide marketing performance reports to Sales & Marketing Director as required.

The Role:
This is a key role in Wasabi’s growth strategy to double the size of the business in the next five years. The Marketing Director will oversee our brand building activity with focus on driving penetration and conversion in our 40-strong UK restaurant business and through our grocery partners. The successful candidate will shape the overall strategy to build on Wasabi’s credentials to become a trusted and loved brand.
The role will lead a team responsible for the development and delivery of all current and future propositions and marketing activity to achieve our growth ambitions and drive commercial success. They will partner with the Food Team to bring customer insight to our menu development and ensure we capitalise on trends in the QSR and grocery markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and evolve the Wasabi brand vision, personality and values to inform our creative strategy, visual identity and tone of voice. Act as the guardian to ensure consistent representation of our brand throughout the customer journey
- Develop and implement the three-year brand strategy aligning across our restaurant and grocery businesses and driving synergies where possible
- Oversee a robust and data-led process for reviewing marketing activity to drive continuous improvement in ROI

Our Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role will be a commercial marketing leader with extensive experience of driving results in QSR, retail or hospitality environment, alongside solid
exposure to FMCG. They should demonstrate the ability to balance short-term sales driving activity whilst balancing long-term brand development. Candidates should be educated to degree level, ideally with a post graduate Marketing qualification.
They will also need to demonstrate:

As they grow, they are working with us to source a talented dynamic Head of Marketing to be part of their Senior Leadership team.

The Job
The job will be an all-encompassing Head of Marketing role with some external support from SEO and website specialists. It will include:
- Plan, launch and manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, print, PR, events).
- Oversee development of marketing assets including website, brochures, video, and digital content.
- Work closely with sales to align campaigns with lead generation and conversion goals.
- Oversee all performance analytics across website, email, PPC, social media and SEO.
- Work with Sales to align marketing and sales funnels.
- Ensure CRM is used effectively for campaign tracking and lead nurturing.
- Team Leadership, management and mentoring topromote CPD and performance in individuals and team.
- Budget management
- Attending international events and conferences
- Stakeholder comms - high level of collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
