  • Driving creative feedback and testing loops, contributing ideas and performance data that sharpen messaging and improve creative effectiveness
  • Collaborating with agencies, content creators and internal teams, playing a key role in keeping campaigns fresh, responsive and audience-aligned

  • Enjoys solving problems and creating order — with a natural drive to improve workflows, maintain campaign hygiene with a continuous improvement approach
  • Comfortable managing campaign delivery in platform, but also knows when to escalate or bring in senior support
  • Curious and commercially aware — interested in what makes campaigns perform, and motivated to learn more
  • A team player who’s keen to support high-performing colleagues, contribute meaningfully, and grow into a bigger role over time
  • Not afraid to get stuck into reporting, QA or admin — but always looking for ways to streamline and scale

Benefits
