We are hiring at IDGateway for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Farnborough!
IDGateway is looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager, who will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the company. We’re particularly interested in candidates with a solid background in B2B SaaS Marketing. Candidates with experience from an agency are also encouraged to apply.
This position requires a strategic and data-driven marketer with a comprehensive understanding of various growth marketing channels, a creative mindset, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
The purpose of the role is to grow the business through customer acquisition and the proliferation of brand advocacy. The role demands a data-driven, highly creative and ambitious person who sets big goals for themselves and others - and takes personal responsibility for the execution of their ideas.
You will be degree-qualified and will have academic or professional qualifications in a marketing or similar discipline, Furthermore, it is likely you will have at least 3 years’ experience in a marketing leadership role (including managing others) and will, during that time, have repeatedly proven your skills.
Here is a little window into our company: IDGateway provides SaaS software solutions which help employers background-check their new employees and keep their workplaces safe from “insider threats”. We operate in a dynamic market whereby the changing security landscape results in changing customer needs – and the need for innovation in our platforms to stay ahead. IDGateway was acquired by Valsoft and now operates under the Aspire Software portfolio. Aspire Software, the operational arm of Valsoft Corp, operates and manages Valsoft’s global portfolio of wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals. By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time-sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio.
The successful candidates can be based anywhere within commutable distance of our office in Farnborough, working in a hybrid work model!
