We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our UK office. This role will be key in driving online visibility, lead generation, and brand awareness through multi-channel digital campaigns. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and proactive, with strong knowledge of modern digital marketing tools and techniques.
Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management : Plan, execute, and optimise paid and organic digital campaigns (PPC, SEO, and social media).
Content Creation & Management : Work with the marketing team to create engaging copy, visuals, and multimedia assets for websites, blogs, social platforms, and email campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting : Monitor, analyse, and report on KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversions, ROI) using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social insights and SEMRush.
SEO/SEM : Implement strategies to improve website rankings, increase traffic, and optimise user experience.
Social Media : Manage the company’s UK and global social presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube), driving engagement and community growth.
Video Work: Plan, create and assist with video content for websites, social media, and campaigns.
Website Management : Support content updates, landing page creation, and CRO (conversion rate optimisation). Working with in-house developers to improve site performance.
Collaboration : Work closely with product, design, marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing campaigns with business objectives.
Market Research : Monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities.
RequirementsRequirementsEssential
Proven experience (1-3 years) in digital marketing, ideally in a B2B environment.
Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEM Rush.
Experience with content management systems (e.g., Magento, Shopify).
Strong copywriting and communication skills with attention to detail.
Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Desirable
Experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector or technology products.
Knowledge of marketing automation software (e.g., Zoho).
Graphic design or video editing skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM.

The Job Role Details:
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Agricultural Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness across the UK.
Your mission will be to put the company front-of-mind for our target audiences - from end users to our dealer network - using products, campaigns, and compelling content to tell our story and grow our market presence.
In this fast-paced role, you will balance long-term brand-building with day-to-day marketing delivery. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to deliver group-wide marketing campaigns, while ensuring they are adapted and localised for maximum relevance and impact in the UK market.
You will also support our external sales team, helping them strengthen relationships with customers and drive activity in dealerships, as well as on our dealer-inclusive online platform.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the charge in driving UK brand awareness through integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to deliver global campaigns, putting a local spin on them to ensure relevance and effectiveness in the UK market.
- Actively seek out product and market information to create engaging, accurate, and persuasive content.
- Support external sales team with marketing materials, campaigns, and tools to help support customers and dealers.
- Build campaigns that both strengthen the company brand and increase turnover for your product areas.
- Create content for multiple channels - social media, email, website content pages - tailored to different audiences (B2B and B2C).
- Plan and execute segmented email campaigns to targeted customer groups.
- Support dealer marketing activities designed to bring end users into dealerships or onto our online platform.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers, and dealers to ensure alignment on marketing objectives.
- Track and report on campaign performance, making recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in planning and promoting events and exhibitions (experience helpful but not essential).

- Proven experience in a similar agricultural marketing role.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment - B2B or B2C.

- Confident using Microsoft Office packages.
- An interest or experience in AI developments and/or paid advertising is advantageous but not essential - a willingness to learn is key.
- CIM qualification or working towards it is a plus.

- Building content pages in a CMS.
