Working as part of the production and wider operations team within the Glenrothes site, the Jumper Role is responsible for the loading of raw materials and evacuation of the product in the 80 production area. The role must ensure all daily targets are met, whilst following all internal safety and quality procedures. The role is responsible for the general upkeep of all raw materials involved in production and the management of the waste circuits (including scrap).
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate power press if required during breaks, holiday periods and/or lunch times.
+ Supporting Lead Hand and Production Manager with the MRD approach, with a focus on raw materials.
+ Signing off the power presses and ensure all start of shift checks are completed.
+ Operate forklift trucks for the removal of finished product into the warehouse where required.
+ Ensure the power presses are replenished as required during production with all consumables.
+ Material handling- loading and unloading.
+ Inspection and Quality control of manufactured components.
+ Assembling/packing parts ready for dispatch.
+ Using a pedestrian and counter balance forklift if required.

+ Ensure a high standard of housekeeping is maintained in your working area (6S)
