Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Online Mathematics Educator to join their dynamic team. This is a fully remote, permanent position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the UK.
As a Senior Online Mathematics Educator, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective mathematics instruction to students across various age groups and educational levels, primarily through our client's cutting-edge online learning platform. You will develop and adapt curriculum materials, design interactive lesson plans, and create a positive and stimulating virtual learning environment.
Key responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background in Mathematics, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS) is highly desirable. Proven experience in teaching mathematics, preferably within an online or blended learning environment, is essential. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and IT skills are a must, along with a passion for education and a commitment to student success. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual classroom technologies is expected. This role is based in **Birmingham, West Midlands, UK**, but is a fully remote position allowing you to work from home.
