What will I be doing?

In this role you will:

  • Assess current processes and tooling - Map existing systems, identify pain points, and evaluate risks from ideation to delivery.

  • Shape strategic processes - Translate top-down functional design into tooling and process requirements.

  • Lead RFP activity - Manage vendor selection for new systems/tools and any system integrator support.

  • Implement new tooling - Oversee design roll-out, process alignment, and feedback loops.
