You will join a small team that is evolving, growing and in a unique position within a larger group. The practice is primarily focused on civil and structural engineering, and over the last few years, has been developing a M&E team across its Leeds and Manchester offices.
As well as the opportunity to benefit from this growth, you'll become part of an incredibly friendly team.
Sure, they are commercially aware, but they've consciously nurtured a culture you'll want to be part of, rather than stay for the money.
Their team leader may be (relatively) new to the business, but we've known each other for decades. His track record is one of growing supportive teams, and he's already started doing the same here.
In this role, you will be a key part of achieving that growth and, in the process, assuring your own career development as you work together to take the team to c. 30 people across the Leeds and Manchester offices.
You will need to:
- be degree qualified in mechanical or building services engineering
- be working towards Chartership, or have it actively on your radar
- have worked with UK mechanical building services design standards for a minimum of four years.
- This could have been in the UK, or as part of an overseas team supporting UK projects.
- be keen to progress and grow, not just yourself, but contribute to the active development of the team.
Their package includes:
- 25 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays
- Buy/Sell holidays
- BUPA cover
- Outstanding pension scheme
- Personal training budget
- Financial and time support for further study
- Commitment to hybrid and flexible working
- Employee Assistance Programme
- Numerous corporate discounts
