Fierce Face - Medical Aesthetic Practitioner
About Fierce Face
Fierce Face is a skin clinic based in Clapham. Our approach is hugely personalised for every customer, creating a specific treatment approach for each individual - this all takes place in an environment where customers will feel at ease.
Fierce Face is a skin clinic based in Clapham with a science-backed yet deeply personal approach. Every client receives a tailored treatment plan in an environment where they feel at ease and genuinely cared for. We’re now looking for a medically oriented aesthetician with a passion for improving skin health; someone who thrives in a collaborative, client-focused setting and wants to grow with the business.
Since being founded in 2019, we have grown from a home care venue to a two-room private mews clinic in Clapham. In the last two years, we have had three wonderful staff members come on board: two aestheticians and a doctor focusing on injectables.
We are now hiring for the fifth member of the Fierce Face team. We have 275 five-star reviews on Google and have been featured as a trusted voice in Sheer Luxe and Hello magazine. Our focus is on improving facial skin health. We offer a range of treatments, including Dermapen, Medik8, and iS clinical facials, HIFU, laser IPL & fractional, dermaplaning, and injectables such as polynucleotides and Botox.
We aim not just to be the number one skin clinic in South West London from a customer perspective, but also to be the number one skin clinic to work for where every team member feels valued, empowered, and supported to grow - fundamentally, if people thrive at Fierce Face, our customers will thrive too. We are proud to be independently owned and will continue to be so, but we are run effectively - with direction, structure, and a transparent bonus system in place.
About the role
We would favour applications with medical experience, such as nurses or physician associates who are GMC, NMC and GDC registered, even doing alongside NHS work - though it is not a requirement to have an injectables qualification or be a prescriber to apply.
Our key hiring priority is finding people who are customer-obsessed and who are willing to guide our customers through their skin journey. To do this, you really need to be enthusiastic about skin and working with people. For the right person, this also allows you to grow with the business, in terms of qualifications, seniority and compensation. Although we do need this person to be up and running quickly, for the right candidate, we accept a lack of experience in favour of demonstrating the correct values.
What success looks like in this role
-Your clients feel seen, supported and confident in their treatment plan
-You take initiative to improve client experience and suggest ideas that shape the clinic
-You bring energy, reliability and a calm, professional presence to the team
-We work closely as a small team, sharing insights from client cases and continuously refining our approach to deliver the best outcomes
-Extensive monthly training including both offsite and onsite in accordance with a specific training plan worked on alongside the team
Our core values
-Customer obsessed - We focus on outcomes, not upsells. The best treatment is the one that suits the client, not necessarily the most expensive.
-Ownership - We take initiative, share ideas, and hold ourselves (and each other, including the founder!) accountable for improvement.
-Personalisation - We build lasting client relationships, offering consistent care and truly tailored treatments with thoughtful follow-up.
-Shared Ownership- Everyone at Fierce Face has a voice in how the business evolves. Our bonus structure and collaborative decision-making reflect that.
The details
-Hours: Full-time or part time
-Salary: £38,000+ pro rata
-Schedule: 40 hours per week, but open to part-time applicants if covering evenings and weekends
-Weekend days - an average of 1 day every week (around 7 hours between 9-5 pm) on a weekend
-Evenings - we would require 4-8 pm to be covered on at least 3 evenings of the weekdays
-Benefits include a quarterly free treatment of choice, a quarterly retail product, trade price for all retail products from whatever brand we retail at the clinic (currently iS Clinical and Medik8) and the bonus scheme based on performance and contribution.
Beyond the treatment room
You will need to be happy to support the business side of things, including.
-Creating content for social media
-Marketing ideas and video editing
-Contributing to treatment protocols
-Attending events
-Supporting the business with growth ideas
-Competent in skin consultations
How to apply
If this sounds of interest, please email with a CV and a few lines about why you are interested in the role and Fierce Face - please don't try to make it too formal and really let us know about yourself and why you are interested in FF. Please don't use the easy apply function - we prefer to hear from you directly.
