Your key responsibilities will include:
- Work across Power Apps & Power Automate solutions, streamlining business processes in line with company objectives.
- Assist with integration projects using cloud-based tools including Enterprise Service Bus .

- Collaborate and be mentored by the highly experienced Microsoft Lead, engaging with regular internal and external training.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Computer Science, Business IT, Data Analytics, or a similar degree qualification is essential.
- Professional experience: relevant placement year , or 1 year post-graduate (relevant) role is essential.
- Curious, practical/hands-on, and eager to make a difference with technology is a must!
- Previous exposure to Microsoft Power Apps , Power Automate , and/or other business systems (even better if you've built something!)

Job Description
We are on the lookout for an experienced Microsoft Business Central Functional Consultant. Ideally you will have experience in delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to customers.
The suitable candidate will work as a functional consultant understanding customer business requirements, converting these into Business Central solution options and clearly explaining to the customer how their requirement is mapped to a standard or customised solution. This function also interacts with our other functions for project delivery, quality assurance and business as usual support teams.

Responsibilities:
- Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its add-on products configuration, support, training, and documentation
- Work with the team (Business central, Power Platform, SharePoint) with experienced colleagues
- Work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and solution specifications
- Ensure high standards of customer engagement and services are maintained
- Expected to complete work-related training and learning with the goal of obtaining relevant Microsoft Certifications
- Strong Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation experience.
- Experienced in the change management process and coordinating with technical resources to create solution design documents.
- Strong Interpersonal skills with ability to support and communicate with users on all levels
- Excellent English, written and Oral
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
- A strong desire and ability to learn new platforms and technologies
- Relevant third level qualification in Business or IT (advantageous but not essential)
- Relevant functional and technical accreditations highly desirable.

Experience:
- Strong Dynamics 365 Business Central (Navision, NAV etc.) implementation experience (essential)
