What you should have:
- A senior level Banking & Finance Lawyer (minimum 7+ years PQE) with deep expertise in real estate finance
- Previous experience of working either solely within private practice, or in a mix of in-house and private practice roles.
- Confidence in drafting, reviewing and negotiating LMA Facility Agreements in addition to security/ancillary finance documents in relation to real estate finance transactions.
