Candidates with 6+ months of experience in a financial services or mortgage-related

Key Responsibilities
Under supervision and training, you will:
- Learn how to conduct client fact-finds to understand financial circumstances and property goals li>Support advisors in researching suitable mortgage products from a wide range of lenders
- Assist in preparing and checking mortgage applications and related documentation
- Help maintain accurate client records using our CRM system
- Shadow experienced advisors during client appointments
- Develop an understanding of the end-to-end mortgage process and the role of compliance
- Complete internal compliance training and regulatory learning modules (FCA, AML, GDPR etc.)
- Set aside time daily for independent mortgage research and feedback discussions
- Begin to engag with clients for document gathering and application follow-ups (when appropriate)
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about helping clients and delivering excellent customer service
- Organised and detail-oriented with good time management skills
- A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
- Comfortable using IT systems and willing to learn new software
- MUST have successfully completed CeMAP (or equivalent)
- Has 6+ months’ experience in financial services, estate agency, or a mortgage-related admin/support role (preferred)
A connection to or understanding of the Chester/North wales area is a bonus
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is helpful but not essential
