- Minimum of 7 years of experience in stress analysis and FEA, preferably within a consultancy or OEM environment.
- Proven expertise in industry-leading FEA software packages such as Abaqus, ANSYS, NASTRAN, or similar.
- Solid understanding of structural mechanics, material behaviour, fatigue, and fracture mechanics.
- Experience with scripting languages for automation (e.g., Python) is an advantage.
