Job Snapshot:
- Position: IT Business Analyst
- Location: Sheffield HQ / WFH - Regular travel onsite will be required so ability to travel to and from Sheffield around once a week will be necessary.
- Salary: £35 - 45k DoE
- Contract: Permanent

Requirements
Your Role:
As Twinkl's IT Business Analyst, you'll be the driving force behind aligning our business IT systems with our business objectives. You'll take a key role in shaping our systems, software, and 3rd party services (SSS), collaborating closely with key stakeholders and the leadership team to introduce new business IT solutions and maximise ROI of existing business IT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate to deliver successful business IT solutions - assisting stakeholders in understanding and refining their needs and helping to implement great business IT solutions to interesting and valuable opportunity spaces.
- Develop, maintain, and innovate business IT processes and strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technologies for potential adoption.
- Provide guidance and mentorship fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate in agile ways of working, delivering relevant reporting.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Demonstrable experience of successful and innovative business IT solution delivery.
- Demonstrable experience of business IT solution related process improvement and strategy.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrable experience showcasing the required technical and analytical grounding for this role; ideally backed by a relevant degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.

We are currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support our digital transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for translating business needs into effective technical solutions, ensuring systems and processes deliver value across the organization.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current processes and future requirements
- Conduct business process analysis and document functional requirements
- Review existing systems and identify areas for improvement
- Recommend solutions aligned with business objectives and best practices
- Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Work with technical teams and project managers throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing, and quality assurance
- Monitor system performance and gather user feedback
- Identify opportunities for process and system enhancements
- Experience in a Business Analyst role
- Familiarity with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboards
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
