**Position Purpose**
Project Managers (PM's) play the lead role in planning, developing, executing, monitoring, and delivering projects. They are accountable for the entire project scope, budget, team, and resources, all leading to the successful execution of the project. The successful completion of a project is built on the core goals of "Happy Client, Happy Team, At a Profit".
**Responsibilities**
PM are generally expected to spend approximately 85% of their time performing as a Project Manager for active projects or bidding, 10% of their time contributing to organizational and departmental improvements, and 5% towards continuing education. Within that, to support and participate in Project delivery, PM may travel approximately 30% of their time.

**Position Purpose**
Senior Project Managers are leaders in the Projects group, focused on project delivery through a developing team of Project Managers and Associate Project Managers. With a commitment to external and internal customers, Senior Project Managers optimize project planning and execution for unique Markets, guided by the TAIT Project Process. With the support of Projects leadership, the position participates in Bidding and Development of new opportunities within their Market focus and establishes core teams as projects approach confirmation.

**Responsibilities**
Project Oversight
+ Support project teams in planning and delivery, grounded in the TAIT Project Process
+ Lead or coach development of project budgets, budget monitoring, tracking, and reporting
+ Lead or coach project team check-ins, including critical evaluation of scope, schedule, and budget progress
+ Guide project teams to leverage subject matter experts, Technical Leads, and Functional leaders

What does Cognate and Non-Cognate mean?
There are two ways of joining the Next Generation programme as a graduate:
**Cognate** - You hold an Undergraduate or Masters degree related to the field of study of the graduate scheme.
**Non-Cognate** - You hold an Undergraduate or Masters degree unrelated to real estate or the graduate scheme pathway.
If you are a non-cognate degree-holder, CBRE will sponsor and support you through a qualification to align you with cognate students.
For example, for the Commercial Real Estate pathway a cognate student would need a degree accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Non-cognate students will take a Masters that is accredited by the RICS - enabling you to sit your exams to become a Chartered Surveyor.
**Placements and Internships**
A select areas of business streams take on internships or placement students, for either a short period of 4 weeks for a summer internship held in August or up to 12 months for an industry placement from September.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Analysis Practice delivering data-focused projects in the defence sector.
 
This role is about more than gathering requirements – you’ll work closely with stakeholders, contribute to shaping delivery, and help guide clients on how to harness data to achieve mission-critical outcomes.
 
You’ll bring proven experience in management information (MI), discovery work, and data analytics projects, using insight to enable better decision-making at all levels.
