ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Bank Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve.

ABOUT YOU
You'll need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices to join us as a Registered Nurse (RGN). Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important too, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. The duties and responsibilities to be undertaken by members of the practice administration team may include any or all of the items in the following list. 4-year bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) from a European country

European Nationality

English Level C1

• Provide autonomous, evidence-based clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for a broad range of undifferentiated conditions in adults and children.
• Use advanced clinical skills to triage, risk-assess, and escalate care appropriately.
• Prescribe medications and treatments within your scope of practice and in line with current guidelines and protocols.
• Maintain accurate, contemporaneous clinical records and contribute to seamless information transfer to patients' registered GPs by 08:00 AM the next working day.
• Actively support and uphold NHS England KPIs, including those relating to patient safety, clinical effectiveness, and experience.
• Mentor and support junior clinicians, nursing staff, and trainees as required.
• Participate in clinical audits, service evaluation, and ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• - Must have AT LEAST minor illness qualification at Level 6
• - Relevant experience with telephone assessments
• - LTD company pay available
• - Must be able to commit to one shift a week on average
