**Your profile**
+ Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent healthcare-related field.
+ Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
+ Previous clinical nursing experience, preferably in a research or clinical trial setting.
+ Strong understanding of medical terminology, patient care standards, and regulatory requirements related to clinical research.
+ Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

This would involve developing risk formulation, risk management plans and Safety/care planning. There would be expectation that this role would support the young person and the residential team when young people are at Extended Hope House for respite as well as in reach to the acute hospitals in Surrey, Health Based Place of Safety in Guildford and outreach to the community if needed.
Our operational hours are Monday to Sunday including Bank Holidays. Weekend and bank holiday shifts will be expected. Shifts for this post will be 1pm-9pm.
This role is on a rota basis and so will include weekends, bank holidays and some unsocial hours during the week.
