We run a range of services and our ANPs work across 3 key services:
- Additional Access service in the afternoons, Mon-Fri.
- Enhanced Access service in the evenings, Mon-Fri and Saturday day time.
- eHub is a digital same-day service for our 32 practices. ANPs speak to and possibly see patients assigned to them by our senior clinical decision maker who triages all the e-consultations we receive
- We run research clinics, where we see and screen patients who are eligible for our studies.
- Furthermore, we employ Nurse Associates and ANPs may be involved in the training and supervision of these staff.

This would involve developing risk formulation, risk management plans and Safety/care planning. There would be expectation that this role would support the young person and the residential team when young people are at Extended Hope House for respite as well as in reach to the acute hospitals in Surrey, Health Based Place of Safety in Guildford and outreach to the community if needed.
Our operational hours are Monday to Sunday including Bank Holidays. Weekend and bank holiday shifts will be expected. Shifts for this post will be 1pm-9pm.
This role is on a rota basis and so will include weekends, bank holidays and some unsocial hours during the week.

- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration.
- Postgraduate qualification in Advanced Practice, Mental Health Nursing, or a relevant field (e.g., MSc Advanced Practice).
- Prescribing qualification (V300 VSM) is essential.
- A minimum of 5 years of post-registration experience in a mental health setting, with significant experience in community mental health.
- Proven experience in conducting complex mental health assessments and managing caseloads.
- Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
- Strong understanding of mental health legislation and policy frameworks.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Leadership potential and experience in mentoring or supervising junior staff.
- Proficiency in electronic patient record systems.
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for community visits.

As a Nurse your key duties include:
- Provide a range of health well being and social care interventions
- Undertake administrative tasks including data recording
