This role would suit an Experienced ClinicalHome Manager,who is passionate about care and has a track record of consistent performance. You will be required to focus on high-quality person-centred care in line with CQC regulations, support the clinical requirements, develop the staff team, and drive growth while maintaining financial performance.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have experience as a Registered Home Manager and demonstrate a strong understanding of CQC criteria, along with a history of consistent inspections and performance. Candidates need to be nurse-qualified, preferably RGN, but other qualifications may be considered with relevant experience, and you will need to be confident in managing clinical aspects.
