About the Role

You’ll be reporting into our Customer Success Manager, APAC and work closely with our trade partners to ensure accuracy and speed in servicing our clients in APAC. Key Responsibilities include:


  • Order Management: You will be processing customer orders daily and coordinating the process from the moment the order is received to the moment it is delivered to your customer, reserving stock against stock available, managing inbound stock allocations against your orders, obtaining export documentation
  • Claim processing : Handle quality claims end-to-end by verifying details, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction and improve processes

Apply today to work as an Operational Support Administrator for our client's brand newly built distribution center at one of their sites based in Stanford-Le-Hope (London Thames Gateway)!

The rate of pay is:
- Days £14.58 per hour
- Nights £6.76 per hour (Night Shift Premium included in a basic rate between 22:00-06:00)
Overtime is available and paid at 1.37 per hour.

This is a full-time role working 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts. The shift is rotational, a combination of days or a fixed night shift:
- 6am to 2pm
- 2pm to 10pm
- 10pm to 6am
Applicants must be able to work 2 weekends in a row and then have 2 weekends in a row off (rota given). 30 minutes unpaid break.

Your Time at Work

As an Operational Support Administrator your responsibility will be to:

- Ensure flow of inbound, outbound, and picked goods movement to and from the site in a timely manner
- Support First Line Managers with workforce planning, in line with delivery schedules and site capacity
- Ensure that all site systems are updated accurately and timely to meet site KPI
- Manage bay allocations
- Adhere to the health and safety procedures of the site at all times
- Supporting the site to keep it safe by reporting any unsafe practices
- Liaise with external and internal contacts, including customers and hauliers
- General admin duties as requested by the operation (including note taking, report monitoring, and management of other tasks)
- Monitor and review operational issues and report to First Line Managers or Shift Managers
- Ensure that customer-specific procedures are followed
