Job description

EPM Snr. Techno-Functional Engineer

Skilled and experienced in a wide variety of Tech Oracle Cloud solutions but with a particular focus on Oracle EPM, you will support a broad range of services, which will include:

• Col aborate with the Finance SMEs to understand their business objectives and EPM requirements and then with the systems integrator that is translating them into well-defined technical specifications.

• R view and advise on the feasibility of the technical design highlighting gaps or areas for improvement in line with Bank architecture and security constraints.

• A t as the Bank technical expert on the design and configuration of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Planning, Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, and Reporting modules.

• S are technical expertise during workshops and training sessions with relevant stakeholders (i.e. SMEs, systems integrator EPM lead(s), solution architects, other technical teams in the Bank etc.) to educate on best practices, functionalities, and capabilities of Oracle EPM Cloud applications.

• S pport data integration efforts between Oracle EPM Cloud and other Bank systems (including those introduced by the Programme), ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

• A sist in the migration of existing EPM solutions to the Oracle EPM Cloud platform, providing guidance on data migration and validation processes.

• C llaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and IT stakeholders, to ensure seamless project delivery and a successful transition into BAU.

• T oubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation process, working closely with Oracle Support as needed.

• D velop custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to meet the Bank’s unique reporting requirements.

• Pro ctively identify opportunities to enhance the Bank’s EPM processes and performance,

• lev raging Oracle EPM Cloud functionalities.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

• P oven experience (2+ years or a minimum of one full implementation) as an Oracle

• E M consultant, implementing and/or supporting Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud

• I -depth knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including Planning and

• B dgeting, Financial Consolidation, and Reporting.

• S rong understanding of Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting processes.

• E posure to EPM Data Integration and Data Management and Business Rules

• E cellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate

• c mplex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• A ility to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.

It would be an advantage if you also have:

• U dergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion solutions, with expertise in

implementing, configuring, and optimizing ERP, Procurement, PPM and EPM applications.

Skilled and experienced in a wide variety of Tech and Functional Oracle Cloud solutions but with a

particular focus on Oracle Financials or Procurement, you will support a broad range of services, which

will include:

Engage and actively participate in ongoing Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation, assisting in all

remaining phases and working with all relevant stakeholders to deliver against programme

timelines.

Review, update/comment and approve the relevant documentation (e.g. strategy documents,

technical/functional solution designs, configuration workbooks, test plan etc.) produced by the SI

leads for your area ensuring it is in line with Bank standards, policies and procedures.

Share technical expertise during workshops and training sessions with relevant stakeholders (i.e.

SMEs, systems integrator lead(s), solution architects, other technical teams in the Bank etc.) to

educate on best practices, functionalities, and capabilities of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.

Support data integration efforts between Oracle Fusion Cloud and other Bank systems (including

guidance on data migration and validation processes.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation process, working closely

with Oracle Support as needed.

Develop custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to meet the Bank’s

unique reporting requirements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and IT

stakeholders, to ensure seamless project delivery and a successful transition into BAU.

Provide functional and technical mentorship on Oracle Fusion products functionality to other

members of the team.
