Purpose and Scope

+ **Integration of Culture in Business Strategy:** Work closely with business leaders to integrate culture initiatives into broader organizational strategies and operational goals. Facilitate workshops or strategy sessions to align business objectives with the aspirational culture framework.
+ **Cultural Risk Identification and Mitigation:** Develop tools and processes to identify potential cultural risks or areas of misalignment within teams, functions, or projects. Proactively design interventions and solutions to address these risks, ensuring long-term cultural resilience.
+ **Leadership coaching:** Provide leadership coaching to senior leaders, collaborating with expert teams to conduct comprehensive assessments that evaluate leadership capabilities and alignment with the organization's aspirational culture. Develop actionable insights and personalized development plans to enhance culture fitness and leadership effectiveness.
+ **Culture-fit Training:** Collaborate with the Talent and Leadership Development (TLOD) team to design and develop learning and self-training tools aimed at enhancing employees' culture fitness. Ensure the tools are engaging, accessible, and aligned with the organization's aspirational culture goals.
+ **Project Leadership:** Lead and oversee, and support the implementation of culture transformation projects in collaboration with the responsibility workstream lead within business or functional areas. Develop new frameworks and approaches for culture change, integrating behavioral science and industry best practices."
+ **Assessment & tracking:** Define key success indicators in partnership with the workstream lead and coordinate the assessment and evaluation of project outcomes.
+ **Change Management:** Offer ongoing change management support throughout the entire project implementation process.
+ **Global community management:** Co-host regular meetings with the global community of culture ambassadors to provide updates and collect feedback on global culture change initiatives, discuss challenges, and collaboratively find solutions.
+ **External Benchmarking & Best Practices Integration** : Research and benchmark organizational culture practices from industry leaders and thought leaders. Identify and propose innovative practices and tools to enhance FME's culture strategy, ensuring alignment with global trends and emerging best practices.
+ **Project Delivery and Reporting:** Take overall project responsibility towards the Project Sponsor and Steering Committee, including tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Qualifications
+ **5-8 years of experience in a multinational healthcare or corporate environment, with a proven track record of leading global culture transformation initiatives.**
+ Experience in international corporate environment preferred
+ Strong presentation skills, including experience presenting to medium to large audiences, leadership team members, and leading training sessions and focus groups
+ Successful track record of superior service delivery and change management, preferably in a global environment
+ Proven ability to design, implement and optimize processes - ensuring both efficiency & effectiveness
+ Proven ability to establish strong relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues of all levels across the organization
+ Ability to frame program information and evaluation analytics in a digestible and business friendly format that identifies key business implications and inspires action; must be able to create visually appealing Executive Summaries using Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, PowerPoint)

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone, delivering excellent service with a professional and friendly approach.
  • Navigating and updating a Microsoft-integrated CRM platform, to manage client and project data.
  • Reviewing technical reports from the Surveying team, ensuring accuracy in spelling, grammar, and formatting before they're sent to clients.

Location: Bromley

Salary: 42,000 - 55,000 | On-site / Hybrid
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm) with occasional out-of-hours work

The Role
We are looking for a highly organised Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to the CEO and Marketing & Project Growth Leader This is a key role for someone who enjoys being the central point of coordination in a busy executive office and thrives on structure, accuracy, and keeping operations running smoothly. The role offers long-term career stability, a collaborative environment, and the chance to grow within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide business, operational, and personal support to the CEO
  • Assist with marketing logistics, events, communications, and documentation
  • Manage diaries, correspondence, and scheduling for senior executives
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation
  • Maintain social media platforms and support digital communications
  • Organise and take minutes for meetings, ensuring accurate record-keeping

Person Specifications

  • Undergraduate degree and relevant professional qualification
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital skills
  • Exceptional organisation, planning, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Minimum 4 years' experience supporting C-Level executives, managing administration, reporting, presentations, and social media
  • Proactive, reliable, discreet, and able to work independently
