Are you a Personal Assistant looking for a new opportunity?
Duties and responsibilities of a Personal Assistant (but are not limited to):
- Extensive inbox, and diary management
- Travel arrangements - national and international (including accommodation)
- Generate meeting packs
- Proactive approach to ensure adequate support is provided
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- IT literate
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A positive attitude
- A keen eye for detail
